Overview
The obvious answer was a map. The interesting question was what kind. We chose topographic data not for aesthetics but for logic: elevation as metaphor, the contour line as a record of where land meets pressure. Each National Geographic ambassador sits at a specific coordinate of their current location. You don't browse to find them, you traverse terrain to reach them. The map isn't the backdrop, is the argument.
